GenAI-Studio completed a project for Google, a multinational technology company specializing in search engine technology, online advertising, and cloud computing. The project aimed to enhance efficiency in categorizing a high volume of cases, consult on existing AI processes, and automate the classification of incident categories from support cases using AI. GenAI-Studio was selected for their geographic proximity, value for cost, referral, and aligned company values. A team of 2-5 employees was assigned to this project. They successfully designed and implemented a machine learning-based case classification system, which included data analysis, preprocessing, model development, integration, deployment, testing, validation, training, and documentation. The key deliverables included an automated incident categorization system, a custom NLP-based classification model, a reusable data preprocessing pipeline, a performance metrics report, and comprehensive documentation and training materials. The project was a success, with the system effectively automating the classification of support cases and reducing dependency on manual classification.
