Geeks Ltd was contracted by Telguard, a design access equipment company, to transition them from dial-up support to a cloud platform. The Geeks Ltd team conducted high-level discussions to understand the project requirements and translated these into technical specifications for their software design engineers. The project, which started around February or March 2021, is still ongoing, with the first build stage expected to be completed soon. The client has invested around £250,000 in this project, which is a significant part of their product budget.

In another project, Geeks Ltd was hired by a real estate brokerage to provide custom software programming for their intranet support services, CRM, document processing, and mobile optimization. The Geeks team provided a comprehensive solution that allowed all agents to simultaneously share data and brainstorm with management. They also created an interactive client-based technology for property searches and appraisals. The project required a dedicated project manager, senior developer, junior developers, account manager, quality assurance, and technical lead team members from Geeks Ltd.

Geeks Ltd also worked with a real estate investment fund for mobile application and custom software development. The team provided wireframes and are currently developing custom software and a mobile app for iOS and Android. The client works with about 11 people from Geeks Ltd, including two teams of developers and two project managers. The engagement, which started around September 2020, is ongoing. The client chose Geeks Ltd from eight companies because they presented a roadmap that far exceeded the other candidates.
