In another project, Geeks Ltd was hired by a real estate brokerage to provide custom software programming for the brokerage's intranet support services, CRM, document processing, and mobile optimization. The project required a solution that allowed all agents to simultaneously share data and brainstorm with management. They also needed an interactive client-based technology for buyers to search properties and sellers to get house appraisals. The project was connected to the Multiple Listing Services in California and was pulling the current listings on an agile basis. Geeks Ltd was chosen for their comprehensive solution and clear understanding of the client's needs.

Geeks Ltd was employed by Telguard, a design access equipment company, to help them transition from dial-up support to a cloud platform. The Geeks Ltd team had high-level discussions with the client about their objectives, captured user stories about how they do business and support their products, and translated those user stories into wireframes. They are currently developing the cloud platform from scratch. The project started around February or March 2021 and is expected to conclude in March 2022.
