The project involved the migration of the xSale administration panel interface to a new, intuitive, and clear interface. The goal was to achieve high NPS ratings of the new UI among existing customers and ensure a newly registered customer could navigate the system independently. The team of 8, including software developers, PM, UX/UI designers, and QA Engineers, developed an MVP version within three months and continued to refine the app's graphics and functionality.

Furthermore, Geeknauts worked with Gallium sp. z o.o., a company that produces devices for the visually impaired. The project involved the creation of a multi-platform application for their devices. The key deliverable was optimal Bluetooth Low Energy communication with GMark devices. Geeknauts was selected for their affordable pricing, great culture fit, and good value for cost. The team of 2-5 employees developed an application that catered to the needs of the visually impaired.
