GDPR provided consulting services to the Association of Optometrists, a professional association, to help them understand and comply with the new EU data protection regulations. The project, which ran from August 2017 to April 2018, involved the production of a series of adaptable collateral about the new regulations for the association's members. GDPR also planned and conducted a series of workshops to help members learn how to implement the received collateral. The association invested approximately €25,000– €26,000 ($29,000–$30,000) in the project and worked mainly with three people from GDPR.
GDPR was contracted by a sports nonprofit in Ireland to help them become compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation legislation. The project, which ran from June to August 2018, involved an audit of the organization's existing policies and the reworking of language to become more compliant with GDPR legislation.
