Linden Hall Library in Belfast, Northern Ireland, sought the services of GCD to replace their outdated website. GCD developed a WordPress website and a digital platform for the library to showcase digital copies of their collection. The platform, developed in PHP, used an API from the library's CollectionsIndex+ system and was integrated with the website. Users can browse, sort, and filter materials based on categories and date ranges. The team from GCD included two developers, a client services liaison, and the director responsible for frontend designs.

Global Home Warranties, a firm providing specialist structural warranty insurance, hired GCD for custom CRM development. The goal was to provide 24/7 access to survey reports for clients and streamline the company's internal processes. After an initial consultation, GCD was selected due to their understanding of the project's complexities and their ability to challenge assumptions and propose efficient solutions. The project involved designing and building a bespoke surveying system, including a sales life cycle, administration, and CRM system. The system was designed to be used on and offline with handheld devices. The project was rolled out in phases to ensure stability and the ability to produce reports based on specific inspection criteria. The GCD team consisted of senior client managers and developers.
