Garofalo UX was hired by Frazer, Ltd., a premier builder of emergency service vehicles, to revamp the front end of their in-house built system. The main goal was to create a professional and user-friendly interface that would be appreciated by the company's production employees. Garofalo UX was selected from over 13 vendors due to their straightforward communication, wealth of experience, and willingness to tackle new challenges. Despite being unfamiliar with Google AppMaker, Garofalo UX quickly mastered the platform and contributed to every stage of the design process, from brainstorming to implementation. The project team consisted of three individuals, including a System Administrator and a Business System Analyst from Frazer, Ltd. Feedback on Garofalo UX's involvement was overwhelmingly positive, with the company praising their determination, passion, and ability to deliver a productive and efficient user experience.
