Garofalo UX was hired by Frazer, Ltd., a leading builder of emergency service vehicles, to revamp the front end of their in-house built system. Being a non-software development company, Frazer, Ltd. required a professional and user-friendly front end that would be embraced by their production employees. Garofalo UX, selected from over 13 companies on UpWork, took up the challenge and learned an entirely new platform, Google AppMaker, in just two weeks. They were involved in every design brainstorm, development, and implementation, ensuring a productive and efficient user experience. The team comprised of the system administrator, Garofalo UX, and a business system analyst.
