GAIN LINE

GAIN LINE was hired by Indiespring, a company that creates mobile applications and technical solutions, to optimize their Delivery Sprints. The project focused on identifying inefficiencies within the process and creating an action plan to address these issues. The process involved several stages, including identifying drains, potential gains, experimenting, and a sprint handover. GAIN LINE provided a document outlining all findings and proposed solutions, and conducted follow-up sessions to ensure the implementation of the action plan. The client was impressed with the offerings that GAIN LINE proposed and appreciated the sense of accountability that GAIN LINE provided to ensure the changes were made.

GAIN LINE provided business consulting for Manchester Digital, a nonprofit tech trade body. The goal of the project was to strengthen the organization's position in the market, improve their learning, and put that learning into practice as they grew their products and services. GAIN LINE helped to revisit the organization's 'why', improve their communication strategy, and make their internal processes more efficient. They also helped identify the benefits of ensuring knowledge and understanding across the wider business. The strategies focused on quick wins, addressing challenges and issues, and longer-term approaches. The client was pleased with the impact of GAIN LINE's work, particularly the recommendation to look at their unique selling proposition to get a stronger shared vision.
