Highlights from Recent Projects
G10 Consultancy successfully completed a project for Fortis Tech, a provider of high-quality LED screen solutions. The team at G10 Consultancy was tasked with designing and developing a portfolio website to enhance Fortis Tech's online presence and attract potential clients and stakeholders. They worked closely with Fortis Tech to understand the essence of the company and reflect it in the website design. G10 also created a range of marketing materials and print designs, including business cards, letterheads, and calendars. The collaboration lasted from December 2024 to April 2025, and the client expressed satisfaction with the results.
For East African Paper Mills Ltd., a waste paper recycling company, G10 Consultancy developed a custom software solution. The project aimed to facilitate goal setting, tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and generation of detailed reports for each employee and department. G10's team, consisting of 2-5 members, was selected for the project due to their competitive pricing and value for cost. The client was particularly pleased with the ability to track employee performance on a monthly basis.
G10 Consultancy also partnered with Kaali Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., a CrossFit gym and management organization, to develop a white-labeled mobile app. The app was designed to provide tools and systems for CrossFit boxes, including features for setting Workouts of the Day (WODs), logging scores, tracking personal records, and handling membership subscriptions. The client was impressed with the app and continues to work with G10 Consultancy on phase 2 of the project, which includes further enhancements.
