G-2 Division

G-2 Division successfully developed a website for the first online antique auction house in Latvia, Fajans. The project involved translating the company's brick-and-mortar business experience into an online platform, focusing on user experience and interface. An online auction and shop sections were developed over four months. A team of six, consisting of a project manager and five developers, worked on this project. The platform now includes features like automatic invoicing, payment processing, and live auction streaming.

In another project, G-2 Division was hired by an IT consultancy to develop an education system web. The project was complex with many legacy components. The most challenging part was updating the current code base to modern dependencies while also providing ongoing support. The project was built on ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS, using Scrum methodology. The G-2 team consisted of two full-stack developers, a QA specialist, and a project manager.

For a UK and Estonia based customer loyalty startup, G-2 Division developed a web-based loyalty program management platform. The goal was to create a user-friendly, cost-effective platform to help brands and loyalty program operators retain customers and increase profits. The project involved building an easily scalable SaaS platform using nodejs and elasticsearch, orchestrated and monitored by Kubernetes. The G-2 team for this project included a manager, a lead developer, and a junior developer.
