G-2 Division

G-2 Division was hired by Fajans, an antique auction house, to develop an online platform that would encapsulate their extensive experience in the physical auction world. The project required a careful consideration of user experience, and the development of an auction functionality that would be accessible to both first-time and advanced users. A team of six, including one project manager and five developers, worked on this project over four months, successfully creating an online auction system that offered precision and fast response times. The project has been an ongoing collaboration, with new features such as automatic invoicing, payment processing, and live auction streaming being added.

In another project, G-2 Division was hired by an IT consultancy firm to develop a web-based education system. The project was complex, involving a lot of legacy components that needed to be updated to modern dependencies. The G-2 team, consisting of two full-stack developers, a QA specialist, and a project manager, worked using Scrum methodology. They successfully completed the project, which was built on ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS, and continue to implement additional requirements in ongoing versions.

G-2 Division was also hired by a customer loyalty startup to develop a smart web-based loyalty program management platform. The goal was to create a platform that was easy to operate, cost-effective, and could help brands retain existing customers and increase profits. The project involved the creation of a scalable SaaS platform using NodeJS and Elasticsearch, orchestrated and monitored by Kubernetes. The team, consisting of a manager, a lead developer, and a junior developer, successfully met all the project requirements, delivering a platform that offers seamless integration for businesses, real-time information, and enhanced analytics.
