Fuzzy Math was hired by an e-commerce company to assist with the design of their next-generation product. The Vice President of Product oversaw the project, which included process flows, design kit, and wireframes. The Associate Director of Digital Experience and Analysis spearheaded the project. Fuzzy Math was tasked with analyzing how students discover the university and navigate through their digital channels. The project involved interviews with students, competitive reviews, and journey mapping. The collaboration resulted in recommendations for improvements and a visual journey map. The project was initially for one school but was later expanded to another. Fuzzy Math's team of five worked on this project, which was completed within four months.
