DePaul University, a leading educational institution, engaged Fuzzy Math for a user research project aimed at understanding the journey of prospective students. The Associate Director of Digital Experience and Analysis spearheaded the project. Fuzzy Math was tasked with analyzing how students discover the university and navigate through their digital channels. The project involved interviews with students, competitive reviews, and journey mapping. The collaboration resulted in recommendations for improvements and a visual journey map. The project was initially for one school but was later expanded to another. Fuzzy Math's team of five worked on this project, which was completed within four months.
