Future Mind completed a mobile app development project for a popular drugstore chain in Poland, aiming to offer customers an omnichannel experience, boost the company's conversion rate, and re-engage with customers. They began with a Product Design Workshop to establish a timeline and define functionality, using the MoSCoW method to prioritize elements of the app. The design was created based on a data-driven approach, with lo-fi and hi-fi mockups made to confirm principles and finalize the design. The app was developed with integration to the Salesforce e-commerce engine, and the final result was a native app for both Android and iOS.

Future Mind collaborated with FleetConnect, a fleet management and monitoring platform, to develop a new fleet management solution. The team began the project from scratch, understanding all necessary requirements and designing the architecture. The main platform was a web interface, but solutions for iOS and Android were also developed. The product, which is used in thousands of vehicles, has GPS and GSM modules to send data for collection and transformation. Future Mind is continuously working to develop more features for the platform.

Generali, an insurance provider, hired Future Mind to design and implement a mobile application for their agents. The aim of the project was to increase the level of the sale of policies. Future Mind was selected based on their knowledge, experience, and qualified team. The project was divided into three phases which included AZTEC and OCR scanning data, a reports module, and a documents upload and notification module. Detailed business analysis was performed before each phase, with Future Mind providing innovative ideas for the solutions. The final product successfully achieved the set goals and objectives.
