Highlights from Recent Projects
Future Forward was hired by the municipality of Mediana to develop a custom software solution for their call center, which was established to assist the elderly population during a state of emergency in Serbia. The goal was to streamline the process of receiving and processing requests from those in need. Future Forward developed a custom software package that included a mobile app and a web portal, which served as the system's global control center. The mobile app provided volunteers with an instant overview of all open orders, sorted by distance from their location. The project was successful, with the software solution significantly improving the efficiency of the call center's operations.
In another project, Future Forward was commissioned by Daiwa House Modular Europe Jan Snel BV, a modular building company, to digitalize unit drawings and checklists. The solution involved creating a Content Management System (CMS) where an overview of units in different production halls could be shown, and where drawings with checklists could be added to specific units. These drawings and checklists were then displayed on an iPad connected to the unit. The project was accomplished with a team of 2-5 employees and the primary form of communication was through email or a messaging app.
For the Insulcon Group, a manufacturer and supplier of high-temperature resistant products and services for the thermal process industry, Future Forward was tasked with updating their website. The objectives were to improve the website's visual appeal, enhance accessibility for increased lead generation, update the front-end, and update the mainframe. Future Forward designed a new website, including a mobile version, and built some tailor-made tools into the company's Silverstripe CRM. The project was successful, with Future Forward delivering on all specified objectives.
