Fusionary

Fusionary completed a web development and design project for an endowment fund, revamping their website to include all necessary content and functionality, including payment processing. The team presented various design options, working collaboratively with the client until they found the right balance. The engagement ran from March to August 2020, with the client investing between $22,000-$25,000. Fusionary had previously built the client's original website in 2011, which led to their re-engagement for this project.

Fusionary worked with a nonprofit organization specializing in competency and credentialing work, developing an app to analyze certifications and competencies required for work. The project began with a concept, which was then developed into content and design through an iterative process. The app, which was grant-funded, included a feature to store code and share it with end users, allowing them to combine and use linked data from multiple systems. The project has been ongoing for three years.

For a yarn distribution company, Fusionary developed a mobile app featuring a color catalog. Users can search for colors, view them alphabetically, and see the types of yarn and fiber blends offered by the company. The app also includes a pairing section, where users can see how up to six colors interact with each other in knitwear. The app, which works on both iPhones and Android devices, was developed by a team of seven from Fusionary, with two central project managers. The project ran from June to October 2020. The company had previously worked with Fusionary on the first version of the app, leading to their re-engagement for this project.
