Highlights from Recent Projects
Full Clarity worked with The Food People to provide ongoing support and improvement for their membership platform and marketing website. They quickly took responsibility for the system, handling support requests and making backend improvements to upgrade the PHP version, modernize some libraries, and move the deployment process to containers. These changes improved the speed, security, and maintainability of the system, yielding great results. Recently, Full Clarity has been focusing on designing an update to a significant part of the system to improve the user experience.
In collaboration with Mesmerise, a VR app development company, Full Clarity undertook the development of an administrative website that complemented the client's VR experience. Users and administrators could manage and set up accounts on this website before using the VR app with an Oculus headset. Full Clarity designed and built a large part of this experience, working closely with the client's designers and brand specialists to ensure the website matched their style. They also developed APIs using the .NET stack, contributing significantly to the project's success.
Full Clarity was hired by an education training company to improve the user experience between their website and the application portal for their training program. The team conducted an audit of the website and the user journey to the application form for a key training program. They carried out user-testing with users from three different persona groups, recording their experiences and interviewing each user to gain more insight into their attitudes and behaviors. The project successfully identified key areas for improvement in the user experience.
