Fulfyld was hired by a sports clothing and accessories company for logistics management. The company was previously handling order fulfillment directly from their headquarters, which resulted in extended delivery times and high costs for their North American customers. The goal was to find a third-party logistics (3PL) partner in North America to streamline their operations. The selection of Fulfyld as a partner was based on their transparent cost structure, efficient shipping costs, exceptional customer support, and affordable storage costs.

The project involved several steps, including service presentation, cost quotation, sales channels integration for order syncing, inbound stocking, warehouse reception, fulfillment, and return management if necessary. The Fulfyld team comprised of a Business Developer, an Account Manager, and a Customer Support Staff. The project was successful and the company was satisfied with the results and service provided by Fulfyld. They appreciated the vendor's transparency, efficiency, and affordability.
