Fulfyld was hired by a sports clothing and accessories company, specifically dealing in sports masks for activities such as cycling, running, skiing, and snowboarding. The company was seeking a third-party logistics (3PL) partner to handle order fulfillment in North America, aiming to reduce both delivery times and costs for their customers. Fulfyld was chosen due to their transparent cost structure, efficient shipping costs, affordable storage costs, and excellent customer support. The project involved a service presentation, cost quotation, integration of sales channels for order syncing, inbound stocking, warehouse reception, fulfillment, and return management if necessary. The team from Fulfyld consisted of a Business Developer, an Account Manager, and a Customer Support Staff member.
