FulcrumXR

FulcrumXR was hired by a boutique real estate company to create an immersive VR walkthrough of a proposed townhouse design. The goal was to provide a realistic representation of the space for potential buyers, investors, and stakeholders before construction began. FulcrumXR was chosen for their affordability, professionalism, and good value for cost. The project involved the creation of detailed 3D models of the townhouse interiors and exteriors, meticulous design of textures and materials, and the integration of interactive elements. The final VR walkthrough was deployed to selected PCs and Oculus headsets, with ongoing maintenance and updates provided as needed. The project was successful in facilitating effective communication and engagement with stakeholders and allowing users to experience various design options.
