FulcrumXR was hired by a boutique real estate architecture company to create an immersive and realistic visual representation of a townhouse design. The objective was to provide potential buyers, investors, and stakeholders with a VR walkthrough of the space before construction began. The project encompassed numerous stages, from initial client meetings to the creation of detailed 3D models, from the integration of lighting and shadows to the development of an intuitive user interface. The final VR walkthrough was deployed to selected PCs and Oculus headsets.
