The scope of work involved developing and conducting a mock incident response exercise, providing guidance throughout the process, and documenting the results. The deliverables included a detailed report of the process, observations, recommendations for improvements, scenario slides with notes, and project working papers and methodology documentation to assist BigPanda in maintaining the incident response plan.
