The CEO of Eatesh wanted a unique experience for their customers, and the chatbot was designed to guide them through the process of ordering meals. The chatbot also needed to be flexible enough to be modified via the admin panel whenever necessary. Frigentis was chosen from over 20 different vendors due to their impressive knowledge and suggestions.
