The app, developed by a team of four including a salesperson, the company's CEO, and both iOS and Android developers, also had to provide customers with the history of their appliances and allow for the ordering of spare parts and electronic reporting of activities. The working relationship between the two companies has lasted for around 5-6 years and is ongoing, with Freevision continuing to maintain and improve the application.
