The app, developed by Freevision, successfully collects data, scans the serial numbers of appliances, and sends all information to the company's system. Additionally, it provides a history of the appliances for customers and an information system for installers to check the history of an appliance, order spare parts, and report activities electronically. The project, which began 5-6 years ago, continues with Freevision maintaining and improving the application. The total cost of the collaboration has been between €60,000–€70,000.
