Freestyle collaborated with a global propane supplier to develop custom software aimed at enhancing business units' commercial maturity assessment. The propane supplier required an intuitive tool that allows commercial leads across global business units to evaluate their maturity based on various criteria. Freestyle responded by creating a web-based assessment tool equipped with reporting functionality, which was embedded in a web portal designed and built from scratch. This portal also featured sign-in security for commercial leads to complete assessments and receive reports. The partnership, initiated in February 2021 and still ongoing, has led to various modifications to the maturity tool, with the latest version due to be released soon. The project, which involved four Freestyle team members, cost approximately $100,000.
