Fraktal Software Technologies was hired by Cadena S.A., a customer communication management services company, to develop a logistics solution. The aim was to integrate the systems of Cadena's freight transport providers with their own fulfillment and dispatch system. Fraktal was chosen for their competitive pricing, perceived value for cost, and alignment with Cadena's company values. The project, which was completed by a team of 2-5 employees from Fraktal, involved the generation and printing of labels for each package, tracking each package until final delivery, and calculating the shipping cost of each package according to the rates of each logistics company. The project was successfully completed within the stipulated 5-month timeframe.

Fraktal Software Technologies was also contracted by T x C, a social educational interventions agency, to develop a software-as-a-service platform. T x C sought to outsource their IT and found Fraktal through a referral. The project involved the creation of a robust, scalable platform capable of handling large-scale interventions. This included the development of an AI-driven recommendation system integrated into a chatbot, providing personalized educational content on sexual and reproductive health (SRH) through WhatsApp. The system was designed to be scalable, with the potential to reach over 100 million adolescents across Latin America. The project has already led to significant increases in SRH knowledge and access to contraceptives among adolescents, contributing to the reduction of teenage pregnancies in the region. The CEO of T x C highly recommended Fraktal Software for their outstanding services and innovative solutions.
