Fraction provided development resources for Rikor, an insurance brokerage, to supplement their existing team. The collaboration began with a discovery process, where Fraction assessed Rikor's needs and determined the best way to assist. Initially, Fraction provided a product manager, but it soon became clear that a developer was also required. The partnership, which began in March 2023, is ongoing, with more than $50,000 invested thus far. The collaboration has allowed Rikor to continue innovating while maintaining their existing systems.

For Potomac Fund Management, Fraction developed an investment proposal solution. The project began with the creation of an investment proposal and analytics solution, requiring extensive backend development work. As the project progressed, it expanded to include new account opening and servicing applications. Fraction was chosen for their cultural fit, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with Potomac's company values. The team from Fraction, composed of 2-5 employees, was referred to Potomac Fund Management.

Fraction was hired by a fintech company to assist with machine learning development and Linode server management. The scope of work included maintaining and fixing server management issues, refactoring Java and Javascript files, and providing insights on machine learning projects and econometric modeling. Fraction was chosen for their cultural fit and was referred to the fintech company. The project was handled by a single employee from Fraction.
