Highlights from Recent Projects
FOXGROOVE was contracted by a health advocacy company to design the UI for their digital well-being experience and assist in creating a program identity. The FOXGROOVE team, comprising 2-5 employees, conducted a detailed competitive analysis of the well-being market before guiding the client through digital branding workshops. They provided UX leadership and product planning guidance throughout the project, resulting in a robust design system and clickable prototype. The prototype was delivered using Figma and was instrumental in helping the client continue to sell their product and win business during the development phase.
Evolution Health Group, a large healthcare agency, hired FOXGROOVE to assist with UX design and acceptance testing, as well as to design functional requirement documents for the redevelopment of one of their primary software platforms. The FOXGROOVE team, ranging from 4-5 teammates at any given time, ran a discovery process that included internal workshops, reviewed client-level documentation, and interacted directly with the client. They developed the required documentation for the software development and made many design suggestions throughout the process. The project ran from February 2021 to February 2023 and cost between $300,000 and $400,000.
Community Options, a nonprofit organization providing housing and career opportunities to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, engaged FOXGROOVE to develop a new ERP system. FOXGROOVE conducted interviews to determine the client's ERP needs, processed over 300 of the organization’s documents, performed market research, and created a proposal based on their findings. They then utilized NetSuite to implement all the ERP solutions needed to build the new system. The project ran from November 2020 to July 2021 and cost almost $200,000.
