FOXGROOVE was engaged by Community Options, a nonprofit organization, to develop a new ERP system. The team at FOXGROOVE conducted a comprehensive interview to understand the organization's ERP needs and processed over 300 documents to create a proposal. Utilizing NetSuite, they implemented the necessary ERP solutions to build the new system. The project ran from November 2020 to July 2021 and cost the organization nearly $200,000. The collaboration was deemed successful as FOXGROOVE was able to streamline the organization's financial operations, including expense management, payroll, and general ledger.

In another project, FOXGROOVE worked with Evolution Health Group, a large healthcare agency. The team was brought on board to assist with UX design, acceptance testing, and the development of functional requirement documents for a software platform for one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. They conducted a discovery process, developed user personas, and created screen-level designs. The project spanned from February 2021 to February 2023 and cost between $300,000 and $400,000. FOXGROOVE's work was appreciated for their rigorous process and design suggestions.

FOXGROOVE was also hired by a health advocacy company to design the UI for their digital well-being experience and assist with creating a program identity. The team conducted a detailed competitive analysis of the well-being market and guided the client through digital branding workshops. They provided UX leadership and product planning guidance throughout the project and generated a robust design system and clickable prototype. The prototype, delivered using Figma, was instrumental in helping the company continue to sell their product and win business during the development phase. The client praised FOXGROOVE for their attention to detail, strategic UX guidance, and innovative approach.
