Since 2011, the software company has been working with Foundry Spatial on the development of the BC Water Tools, which are scientifically sound and have been co-authored by Foundry Spatial in a series of peer-reviewed journal articles. The Water Tools have been useful to a wide range of professional fields, including water management, engineering, public health, and forest management. In 2013, the team received a Regional Premier’s Award for Innovation. Foundry Spatial has demonstrated commitment to the Water Tools by providing support even in the absence of annual contracts, resolving most technical issues quickly.
