Forum One was hired by a government-administered museum to upgrade their basic website to a more comprehensive and interactive platform. The company was tasked to design and develop a site using Drupal 7 that would make the museum's more than 10,000 objects available to the public online. The project involved designing a website that could function across various devices, ensuring strong SEO, and implementing analytics for data collection. The website, launched in July 2016, also features museum stories, exhibit overviews, events, public programming, a timed pass service, and a collection search feature. The museum's staff and stakeholders worked closely with Forum One in developing the site's high-level strategic goals and content areas. Forum One continues to operate and maintain the site, and develop additional features to support new programming and initiatives for online audiences.
