FortyAU

FortyAU, a technology company, was hired by a geo-positioning company to offer mobile app support and work on their IoT infrastructure. The project, which began in the first quarter of 2015 and is still ongoing, involved the development of several user-facing mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms using Raspberry Pi. They also utilized Amazon Web Services for the IoT component, creating a sensor network that generates data for the user-facing apps. The president of the geo-positioning company chose FortyAU for the project after being impressed with their previous work samples, particularly in the area of computer vision.

In another project, FortyAU was hired by a workplace social engagement platform to develop a 2.0 version of their platform. The project, which began in June 2019 and is still ongoing, saw FortyAU develop the software service platform with the backend in Python and the frontend in JavaScript and React. They also handled the UI/UX of the platform. The team from FortyAU consisted of three software developers, a QA person, and a UI/UX person. The co-founder and CTO of the workplace social engagement platform selected FortyAU for their knowledge and expertise.

FortyAU was also engaged by Advancing Practitioners, a healthcare services company, to develop a custom software application for managing their scheduling and encounters for billing. The project involved building a new system from the ground up, automating all Excel spreadsheets into a cloud-based data system. They also created all company master data in the system and developed a mobile application for Android and iOS to support the company's remote mobile workforce. The team from FortyAU for this project included two developers and one project manager/account manager. The healthcare services company chose FortyAU for their local presence, development capabilities, healthcare expertise, and competitive pricing.
