Formula.Monks

Formula.Monks was contracted by NWEA, an education technology and research organization, to develop a new product solution for their existing Lab Platform application. The team of 15 from Formula.Monks was tasked to create a scalable, integrated platform that could test student engagement and gather significant data for researchers. They also enhanced the student experience by making it inclusive and accessible to all. The company was chosen for its cost-effectiveness, strong cultural fit, and shared values. The project resulted in an improved Lab Platform that was integrated into NWEA's current systems and offered potential commercialization opportunities.

In a separate project, Formula.Monks provided software engineering support to AT&T, a large multinational telecommunications company. A team of 25 was assigned to develop an open and secure platform for storing IoT device data in the cloud. They were also tasked with scaling and adapting this into a global, end-to-end connected device solution. Chosen for their high ratings, cultural fit, and company value alignment, Formula.Monks successfully delivered a prototype using agile methodologies and both public and private clouds. The result was a mission-critical solution that could handle a high volume of data.
