Formula D was tasked by a science museum in Florida to create an interactive AR production. The team of five, including a project manager, developers, and designers, designed AR characters and managed the software for a large-scale production mapping and digital interactive experience tool. The AR tool was designed to detect audience movements and project them onto the screen, creating an immersive digital experience. The project, which ran from January 2015 to May 2017, was a result of the museum's CEO's interest in Formula D's work at an aquarium convention in South Africa. The museum invested over $2 million in the project.

In another project, Formula D worked with a wine estate and edutainment center for children in South Africa. The company was tasked with creating an interactive exhibit for the center. Formula D helped develop the concept and technology behind the idea, which included multiple high-tech interactive learning zones, a registration system integrated with a ticketing system, and animated characters for virtual stations. The project, which ran from June 2018 to June 2019, also included maintenance services for the software used in the exhibits. The project was a success, with Formula D continuing to work with the client to optimize the experience based on feedback from employees and visitors.
