Formix

Formix was hired by Zalvo, a call center service company, to recruit ten call center executives and manage their payroll. Zalvo's Operations Manager found Formix through an online search and selected them over other options due to their aligned company values. The project was carried out by a team of 2-5 Formix employees. They efficiently managed the entire recruitment process, from conducting candidate interviews and developing team culture to handling documentation procedures and onboarding coordination. The project started in late January and was successfully completed by the end of March, meeting Zalvo's recruitment and payroll management needs to their satisfaction.
