Forge Media + Design partnered with an integrated marketing agency to refresh the digital strategy and customer experience for a photography client. The client, a Canadian company specialising in photo processing, wanted to shift focus towards digital smartphone-oriented services. Forge Media + Design was brought in to implement the design portion and interface design, working closely with the agency for six to eight months. The collaboration resulted in a revamped website and a significant increase in sales, with a near 100% increase over the year. The website was subsequently sold to another company.
Forge Media + Design was also responsible for both the design and back-end development of another large project for the integrated marketing agency. The two firms collaborated on information architecture, starting with wireframes and moving on to web requirements and the build.
