ForceBuilders was engaged by SignaPay, a merchant services and credit card processing company, to build a new team of developers, design and implement an in-house software solution, and manage expectations of executive management and related business units. The team at ForceBuilders, led by Josh and Dom, provided end-to-end leadership across strategy, execution, and team development. They began by securing budgetary approval for the initiatives and crafting a compelling product development roadmap that was presented to executive leadership. The team's ability to align technical vision with business priorities was instrumental in building trust and momentum within the organization. They played a hands-on role in scaling the development capabilities of SignaPay, assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of a well-rounded team that included an in-house Scrum Master, product support personnel, software developers, QA testers, UI/UX designers, and production support. Their leadership contributed directly to the achievement of major milestones, streamlined operations, and instilled a renewed sense of confidence from executive management in the company's long-term vision.
