Focus worked with Medipace, a medical device development company, to develop and design PCBs based on the company's requirements. The team at Focus created PCB layouts and schematics, developed firmware for the boards, and conducted bench testing. Medipace's CEO appreciated the expertise and competitive pricing offered by Focus. The collaboration, which began in August 2022, involved the efforts of 10-15 engineers from Focus and has seen an investment of close to $1 million.

In another project, Focus was hired by a medical company to design and develop firmware and PCBs for their drug-free nerve block devices. The team of 2-5 employees from Focus was responsible for the design, development, and testing of firmware and circuitry to control the medical device. The key deliverables included successful testing of newly manufactured boards and firmware integrated with device hardware and UI software. The CEO of the medical company found Focus through a referral and chose them for their reputation.

Focus also collaborated with Soundshell LLC, an audio technology company, to design custom audio hardware, develop firmware, and assist with manufacturing hardware prototypes in Asia. The team of 6-10 employees from Focus was tasked with reviewing and understanding the previous design, resolving existing issues, and producing new functional prototypes. The project involved a complex digital audio system integrated with a pre-existing protocol, which posed certain technical limitations. The key deliverables included providing comprehensive documentation for budgeting the manufacturing of equipment in Asia and delivering fully functional prototypes, including the production of PCBs. The CTO of Soundshell LLC found Focus through a referral and chose them for their proximity and reputation.
