Flywheel LLC was hired by Target Tours, a group tour operator, to develop a business strategy based on the Scaling Up business model. The project aimed to create a strategic plan and foster accountability among the team. Flywheel LLC was chosen after the Target Tours team completed an eight-week online course with Scaling Up. Despite having a previous strategy, the team struggled with execution. With Flywheel LLC's guidance, the team managed to complete a one-page strategic plan and made business decisions based on ROI, thereby focusing on their product lines.
Flywheel LLC was also contracted by Tact Corporation, a healthcare staffing company, to provide management coaching and create more structure within the company. The primary goal was to ensure that everyone knew their job roles and could hold each other accountable. Flywheel LLC met with the CEO and each manager, establishing a structure for each manager to understand their goals and the company culture. The engagement with Flywheel LLC started in October 2018 and is ongoing.
