Flywheel LLC was hired by Target Tours, a group tour operator, to develop a business strategy based on the Scaling Up business model and to create an execution plan. The goal of the project was to develop a Scaling Up Strategy, engage the team in the execution, and establish a meeting rhythm for effective communication and accountability. The team comprised of six members including the co-founders. The strategy was developed with the help of Mark, a coach from Flywheel, who also guided the team through the execution process. The strategy helped the team make sound business decisions based on ROI and think about their product lines.
Flywheel LLC was also engaged by Tact Corporation, a healthcare staffing company, for management coaching. The primary challenge was to create more structure in the company. Flywheel met with the CEO and each of the managers to set up a structure per individual manager, ensuring that everyone knew their job and could hold one another accountable. This helped the managers understand their goals and the company culture. The partnership with Flywheel began in October 2018 and is still ongoing. The structure and business principles of Flywheel, as outlined in a business book, were instrumental in the decision to partner with them.
