Flowmore

Flowmore was hired by Energetyczny Projekt, an energy company specializing in ecological sources, to streamline and standardize their business processes. As a development manager, the client was responsible for selecting tools to facilitate work. Flowmore was chosen due to their ability to map processes and implement a business process management tool. The project began with a get-to-know meeting and a detailed project roadmap. Flowmore's Business Analyst worked closely with the client throughout the process mapping and tool implementation, with the Project Manager also involved.

The project involved several stages of consultation, during which Flowmore listened to the client's needs and took detailed notes. These notes were then used to create process maps. The client was impressed with the process maps and decided to also implement a business process management tool. Flowmore prepared a list of system suggestions with a ranking, from which the client chose a tool. The implementation of the tool went smoothly, and Flowmore provided training and instructional videos to the staff. The client expressed satisfaction with the project, noting the smooth implementation and comprehensive training provided by Flowmore.
