FlowCandy was hired by Chinook Seedery, a food products company, to enhance their automated email flows with the help of Klaviyo. The project was initiated with a kick-off meeting to align goals and objectives, followed by an extensive questionnaire to acquaint FlowCandy with the brand. The project was executed via the FlowCandy app, with the Co-Founder and Account Manager being the main points of contact. The partnership was formed based on positive feedback from companies that had previously collaborated with FlowCandy.

A dietary supplements e-commerce business engaged FlowCandy to refine their email marketing, set up flows and promotions for their sites using Klaviyo. An initial needs assessment was performed by FlowCandy, and they proceeded to create various flows and promotions. The project required collaboration on different graphic designs monthly, and devising an action plan that incorporated the designs, text, and tone. The owner, Milica, the Director of Client Success, and three other team members were involved in the project. The engagement started in June 2019 and is still ongoing, with an investment nearing $10,000.

Kaloud, a shisha retailer, hired FlowCandy to set up Klaviyo for subscriber growth, segmentation, flow implementation, campaigns, and optimization. FlowCandy was chosen after consideration of five potential companies, based on their qualifications, friendliness, competitive pricing, and confidence in delivering results. They audited Kaloud's existing system and developed a game plan suited to the business, which included revising high-return flows and adding new revenue-generating flows. The team was composed of an Account Manager, 2-3 copywriters, a developer, and a graphic designer who worked on in-email banners and artwork.
