Flexum

Flexum was hired by AudienceTap, a text marketing platform, to design and develop a cross-platform mobile app using React Native. The goal was to extend AudienceTap's services to iOS and Android users, improving accessibility and convenience. The scope of work included the construction of a mobile app that allowed customers to send and respond to text messages, initiate mass text campaigns, and access individual contact chats and dashboards. A team of 2-5 Flexum employees was assigned to this project, which was chosen for its high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and strong referral.

For Angle, a loyalty platform for premium Shopify brands, Flexum developed an app to enhance customer loyalty directly within Shopify stores. The project involved implementing a store credit rewards system that integrated seamlessly with Shopify, enabling referral functionality, and creating an intuitive interface within the Shopify admin for easy setup and management of the loyalty program. Flexum was selected for this project due to its budget-friendly pricing, good value for cost, strong referral, and alignment with company values. The deliverables included a custom Shopify application, infrastructure to host and manage the application on Google Cloud Platform, a Webflow website, UI/UX/Development, application monitoring and support, and ongoing custom application development.

Speakap, a mobile-first Employee Experience Platform, hired Flexum to modernise its web and mobile experience through a complete UI/UX redesign. The goal was to improve usability and visual consistency, and create a scalable design system in line with the company's growth. Flexum was chosen for this project due to its great culture fit, good value for cost, and impressive portfolio. The scope of work involved collaboration with the product and engineering teams, creation and maintenance of the new design system, mockups and prototypes as part of product discovery, and high-fidelity designs supporting web development.
