Flexdev assisted Book of Rhymes, Inc., a company that provides a platform for creative writers to find rhyming words, in optimizing their website. The company had already built the platform, and Flexdev worked on enhancing the search feed and other features, increasing the search speed, and improving the design and user experience. They also ensured that the website functioned correctly on all browsers and devices. Following tester feedback, Flexdev added a feature that allows users to add a word to the database if it isn’t already present. The project, which cost about $25,000, took place from November 2018 to January 2019.

Flexdev worked with Grocery Delivery, Inc., a company that delivers groceries to vacationers in Florida and Alabama, on developing their iOS and Android applications. The app, which is compatible with tablets and phones, includes APIs for the grocery delivery company and drivers. It also has a real-time delivery feature and a built-in payment aspect. The project, which began in September 2018, cost over $50,000 and is still ongoing.

Flexdev supported Spots, a company that created an iOS app, in integrating more functionalities into their system. The app, originally a home-sharing platform for college students, evolved into a nightlife app and required a more robust system to support this change. Flexdev programmed several integrations for the backend infrastructure to support new features, including the ability for users to create accounts for entertainment venues, add friend profiles, and transfer money through the app. The project, which began in September 2018 and is still ongoing, has cost around $40,000 so far, with an estimated total cost of $70,000.
