Flat Rock Technology

Flat Rock Technology was hired by an insurance broker to develop a mobile app to expand their digital footprint. The team built an app for iOS and Android that allows users to securely login, enter policy information, upload documents and photographs, and request quotes. The project lasted from 2016 to 2018 and the client invested between $100,000 to $200,000 in the project. The engagement with Flat Rock Technology continues for maintenance and minor issues.

Flat Rock Technology partnered with AudioCodes, an international telecommunications company, to enable voice technology for a chatbot. The team set up the entire SaaS system, enabling developers, customers, and businesses to purchase a virtual telephone number connected to a chatbot. The project began in November 2019 and is ongoing, with an investment of around $30,000 so far.

Triteria, a computer software startup, collaborated with Flat Rock Technology to develop a web-based application. The team worked on both front- and backend development and had some free hand in the design as well. The solution was built using Azure and several other technologies including PHP. The project started in January 2019 and was completed in six months, followed by further development and iterations.
