Flat Rock Technology was hired by AudioCodes, a telecommunications company, for the development of a chatbot that utilizes voice technology. The Flat Rock team set up the entire SaaS system, enabling developers, customers, and businesses to purchase a virtual telephone number, which is then connected to a chatbot. The chatbot operates on a voice-to-bot process, rather than texting or typing. The team used Google Dialogflow to build the web app. The project began in November 2019 and is ongoing, with a total investment of around $30,000.

Triteria, a computer software startup, engaged Flat Rock Technology for the development of a web-based application. The team at Flat Rock worked on both the front- and backend development, and also had some free hand in the design. The solution was based on Azure, along with several other technologies including PHP. The project began in January 2019 and was built over about six months, with the subsequent six months spent on iterations and further development.

Flat Rock Technology was employed by Nomado Group Limited, a business development company, to create a functional prototype for an online application called 'Properly'. This digital conveyancing platform was designed to streamline the property transaction process for buyers, sellers, and conveyancers in the Australian market. The MVP scope included user onboarding flows, ID verification, document vault, task tracking system, milestone tracking, buyer and seller dashboards, conveyancer dashboard, in-app messaging and administrative sections. The project was completed successfully, meeting the tight deadline set by Nomado Group Limited.
