Fitler Square Strategies

Fitler Square Strategies was hired by MCS Strategies, a government affairs and public policy consulting firm, to collaborate on state legislative efforts and address the teacher workforce shortage. The Principal and Founder of MCS Strategies chose Fitler Square Strategies over others because of the great culture fit, good value for cost, and alignment of company values. One employee from Fitler Square Strategies was assigned to this project. The scope of work included serving as an ongoing mentor in building a business from scratch, which was a key deliverable. The principal of MCS Strategies found Fitler Square Strategies through a former colleague. The collaboration resulted in successful strategic communication advice and progress in addressing the teacher workforce shortage.
