Fishtank Consulting was hired by Bow Valley College to salvage a failing website revamp project. The original vendor had left the project in a bad state, leading to the college seeking help to meet their deadlines. Fishtank Consulting took over the project, transforming a legacy application into a Sitecore XP product. They created an eight-week plan to get the project back on track, designed an e-commerce platform from scratch for online registration for continuing education courses, and implemented Coveo Search. They also created the necessary infrastructure, hosting, and virtual machine setups. After successfully completing the initial project, Fishtank Consulting won an RFP to provide ongoing support for the college's Sitecore instances. They are now on retainer, providing 1,000 hours of support and enhancement work. The project began in June 2017 and Fishtank Consulting continues to serve as a support partner. The college has invested approximately $227,000-$265,000 USD in their services.
