Fishtank Consulting was engaged by Bow Valley College to salvage a problematic website revamp project. The college, which offers a range of credit and non-credit programs and continuing education opportunities, had been left in a difficult position by a previous IT subcontractor. Fishtank Consulting stepped in, transforming the college's legacy application into a Sitecore XP product within an eight-week timeframe. They also designed a complex e-commerce platform from scratch to enable online registration for continuing education courses, and implemented Coveo Search, hosting, and virtual machine set-ups. The team's efforts resulted in them winning an RFP to become the college's vendor on retainer, and they are now responsible for 1,000 hours of support and enhancement work. The partnership, which began in June 2017, has seen the college invest around $300,000–$350,000 CAD (approximately $227,000–$265,000 USD) with Fishtank Consulting.
