For Jasper Wyman & Son, the largest frozen fruit company in the US, First Pier developed a direct-to-consumer website. The company needed support in setting up the website due to the changing retail landscape brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. First Pier built a Shopify website from scratch, managed every aspect of the technology side, including SEO, SEM, and backend development, and integrated the site with the company's vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts and quick order delivery. They also worked with the company's Amazon team to develop an algorithm for cost-efficient shipping solutions. The engagement, which began in January 2019, continues to this day with First Pier providing maintenance and hosting services.
