First Class Networks

First Class Networks (FCN) was hired by Winchester Country Club to provide comprehensive IT solutions. The company, a private social/golf club, had not had an in-house IT person for nearly five years. FCN was selected for their quick response system and highly trained staff. Over the years, FCN has done a number of tasks for the club, including upgrading their entire computer systems, server closet, and switches. They have also designed and installed wireless solutions throughout the facility. The company's owner and techs were noted for their availability and responsiveness.

In another project, FCN was contracted by a real estate agency to build and troubleshoot their network systems. The HR Director of the agency praised FCN for their responsiveness and knowledge. While unable to use their managed IT services, the agency was able to buy chunks of time for project handling and on-call IT support.
