Fintegro Company Inc.

Fintegro Company Inc. was engaged by PBSC Urban Solutions, a global provider of sustainable transportation solutions, to handle test definition, scenario analysis, and test automation in Java. The goal was to accelerate the deployment of a full test coverage solution and ensure a seamless integration of local QA analysts and developers with a remote service provider. After a successful trial, Fintegro was tasked with automating a large backlog of manual testing scenarios and creating a scalable, modular, and well-documented test framework. The team assigned five QA engineers and a project manager, who successfully completed the tasks, leading to a full-blown engagement.

In a separate project, Traffic Logix, a firm producing and delivering traffic signs and software using IoT technology, hired Fintegro to build out their QA department. Despite having an internal software development team handling QA, they found that their analysts didn't cover all issues that arose after software changes or updates. Fintegro created a robust workflow frame and a clear plan for improving product operations. They conducted a detailed analysis of each stage of sign operation, from installation to report generation. The team comprised of two QA engineers and a project manager, who were integrated into the client's team. The project resulted in a comprehensive and automated QA process, ensuring high-quality products for Traffic Logix customers.
