The project involved test definition, scenario analysis, and test automation in Java. Fintegro's team automated a large backlog of manual testing scenarios and created a scalable, modular, and well-documented test framework. The team consisted of five QA engineers and a project manager. The collaboration was successful and PBSC Urban Solutions was satisfied with the results, noting that Fintegro's proposal to use a free project manager to help with team alignment during the trial phase proved beneficial.

In another project, Fintegro was hired by Traffic Logix to build out their QA department. The goal was to ensure quality assurance for traffic sign software at every stage of operation and to automate QA processes for continuous operation. Fintegro created a robust workflow frame and a clear plan to enhance the effectiveness of product operations. The team analyzed each stage of sign operation, including installation, adjustment, management, data gathering, data migration, data processing, and report generation. Two QA engineers and a project manager were assigned to the project. The results were satisfactory, with Traffic Logix appreciating Fintegro's approach and work ethic.
