Luzerner Kantonalbank, a regional bank in Switzerland, engaged Finnoconsult GmbH to optimize the conversion funnel for the next generation of their web portal. Finnoconsult, along with their UX subsidiary ENNO studio, created mockups using Figma and designed different variations of screens and user journeys. The team consisted of three members specializing in User Research and UX/UI Design. The project was initiated in 2021 and resulted in a digital optimization of the bank's web portal, showcasing best practices learned from international benchmarks.

An Austrian bancassurance trademark of an international insurance group hired Finnoconsult to develop two mobile apps aimed at younger clients. The project, launched in late 2015, aimed to enhance insurance consultation through a high gamification approach. Finnoconsult's team of four, including User Research, UX/UI Design, a developer, and a project manager, designed and steered the development of the application over different evolution stages. The development involved constant inclusion of internal stakeholders and target group representatives, ensuring a solution that truly addressed customer needs.

A Swiss universal bank collaborated with Finnoconsult and its UX subsidiary ENNO studio on various projects since spring 2021. The projects aimed to design parts of the bank's future online banking system. The Finnoconsult team, including UX/UI designers, CX strategists, and User Researchers, worked on defining personas, documenting international best practices, providing UX consulting, and creating mockups. The collaboration resulted in the successful design of key components of the bank's online banking system, reflecting international best practices and a deep understanding of the international financial landscape.
