Findon Software was hired by the University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust to digitize some of their paper-based or manual processes such as event registration, follow-up certification, study leave applications and claims. The hospital needed a single location for accessing recorded teaching videos which included tracking of time watched against a user's profile. Findon Software was selected for their professional, personable and flexible approach. The project was initiated with a project brief and a requirements gathering meeting, resulting in a requirements document detailing all aspects to be developed. The system was built using ASP.net to provide a web-accessible platform. A team of five from Findon Software, led by the CEO and lead developer Paul, worked on the project.
