Filez was contracted by Sonrisas Spanish, a Spanish curriculum materials provider, in 2013 to design and implement an ecommerce website for their business. Based on Filez's communication skills and portfolio, the company was chosen to create the website from scratch including graphic design and web development. The project began on Yahoo Store and has since been upgraded and revised, with a switch to Woocommerce in recent years. Sonrisas Spanish has worked primarily with Filez's two owners, Paola Dalman and Diego Waswergold, and maintains an ongoing relationship with the digital agency for all web development and design needs.

InVideo.io, an online video creation tool, engaged Filez to create video templates and scripts for their platform as part of an effort to attract more content creators. Filez was selected after a speedy response to a Google search and Clutch inquiry, and was found to meet InVideo.io's needs in terms of quality and speed. The project started in September 2019 with a pilot project in mid-October and continued until the early part of 2020 when the pandemic forced some scaling back. The majority of the work was coordinated through Filez's owner and studio manager, Diego, and cost the company an average of $10,000 per month.

A large private Jewish school hired Filez to help streamline their marketing and branding efforts, which were previously inconsistent and fragmented. The company became an extension of the school's marketing team, implementing a rebrand, creating business cards, letterheads, email headers, newsletter templates, and graphic design for social media posts, all while adhering to the school's brand guidelines. From October 2017 to November 2019, the school worked primarily with Paola Dalman, Filez's Client Relations & Studio Manager. The relationship was so successful that the school's marketing and digital media manager recommended Filez to his successors, and an active project was ongoing at the time of his departure.
