Figyr LLC was hired by a blockchain infrastructure and investing company for a comprehensive rebranding and website development project. The company, one year into its services, required a revamp of its branding and website. Figyr was chosen based on positive industry referrals and impressive examples of past work. The project involved numerous discovery meetings, competitive analysis, and collaborative work on branding, website, and messaging. The process was led by Figyr's CEO and COO, and despite the challenging nature of the task, Figyr successfully helped the company reach the finish line on schedule.

In another project, an IT services and consulting company engaged Figyr LLC for a digital strategy project. The company aimed to enhance its ecommerce experience through market, consumer, and competitive research, and the creation of detailed visual design components. Figyr was chosen due to a prior relationship and their good value for cost. The project was split into two phases: Discovery and Detailed Design. The Discovery phase involved extensive research, development of personas, journey mapping, and brand strategy recommendations. The Detailed Design phase focused on creating a more actionable blueprint, including gathering functional requirements, creating wireframes, and finalizing the visual design comps. The project, handled by 2-5 Figyr employees, resulted in an Experience Brief, detailed Personas, Customer Journeys for each persona, and Conceptual Designs for the client’s leading brand and an additional brand.
