Figyr LLC was hired by a blockchain infrastructure and investing company that needed a complete rebranding and website development. The company, a year into its services, selected Figyr based on industry referrals and the vendor's impressive examples and thorough process. Figyr led several discovery meetings that helped the company redefine its identity and goals. The vendor also conducted a competitive analysis and collaborated with the company on their branding, website, and messaging. Two main members of Figyr's team, the CEO and COO, worked closely with the company to successfully complete the project on schedule.

In another project, Figyr LLC was engaged by an IT services and consulting company to develop a digital strategy. The company, which offers a range of technology solutions and services globally, sought Figyr's services for market, consumer, and competitive research to inform and identify the e-commerce experience priorities. Figyr, chosen for their good value for cost, embarked on a comprehensive two-phase project: Discovery and Detailed Design. The Discovery phase involved brand, company, and industry research, leading to the development of personas, journey mapping, and brand strategy recommendations. The Detailed Design phase focused on gathering functional requirements, creating wireframes, and finalizing visual design comps. The project, which involved 2-5 employees from Figyr, resulted in an Experience Brief, detailed Personas, Customer Journeys for each persona, and Conceptual Designs for both the client’s leading brand and an additional brand.
