The VP of Sales and Marketing of the company sought Fidelitas' help for packaging design, direct-to-customer (D2C) management of their Amazon and website, and social media and PR management. The company was discovered on LinkedIn and selected due to budget-friendly pricing, cultural fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values. A team of 6-10 employees from Fidelitas worked on this project. They began with packaging design and gradually undertook social media management, a complete D2C marketing strategy which included advertising, PPC, SEO management, email marketing, SMS marketing and demand generation for the client's website.
