Fideles Technology & Services, also known as Thought Centrix, was hired by Dr Mage, an e-commerce solution company, for development assistance on a daily basis for various projects. The scope of the projects involved providing solutions for Dr Mage's clients in the U.S. through resource augmentation. One of the projects was the development of a sales tax app that saves and reads receipts through an OCR system, calculates the taxes on the receipt, and determines the amount owed to the IRS at the end of the year. The app has helped customers get money back from the IRS.

Another project involved SheaMoisture, a company that sells body and hair products. SheaMoisture required an integration of FedEx International Cross Borders to ship products outside the U.S. Fideles Technology & Services developed a module using Magento 2 that enabled the selection of a country from the website and supported payments from approximately 255 countries through 13 different payment gateways.

The company also worked on a project for C&A Marketing, a marketing company for Polaroid, SkyMall, and Ritz Cameras. C&A Marketing had issues with stock inventory, eBay templates, and the connection with the internal warehouse system. Fideles Technology & Services designed an architecture and implemented it using PHP to manage the stocks and read the dynamic eBay templates. They also suggested dynamic solutions to upload on eBay, Amazon, and SellerCloud.

The last project was for Furnitureland South, which required integration with Salesforce and Magento. Fideles Technology & Services provided maintenance and support, changing styles and developing dynamic components on the website. The company is still working on new projects for Dr Mage. The team composition for each project consisted of a project manager, a team lead, two developers, and one tester. The company spent $80,000 on these projects, which started in September 2017 and are ongoing.
