Fideles Technology & Services, also known as Thought Centrix, provided ongoing development support for Dr Mage, an e-commerce solution company. They successfully delivered 8-10 projects, including the development of a sales tax app that calculates the tax owed to the IRS from receipts, benefiting the customers by getting money back. They also developed a module for SheaMoisture, a body and hair product company, to enable international shipping and payments from approximately 255 countries. For C&A Marketing, they integrated a complex architecture to manage the stock inventory, eBay templates, and the connection with the internal warehouse system. They also provided maintenance and support for Furnitureland South's integration with Salesforce and Magento. The company invested $80,000 in these projects and continues to work with Fideles Technology & Services.

The team from Fideles Technology & Services consisted of a project manager, a team lead, two developers, and one tester, with additional members for mobile app and web development projects. They were chosen after a six-month search for a cost-effective solution and have proven their capability with successful project deliveries. Their presence in the U.S. also provided reassurance to Dr Mage, with easy access to the sales and marketing team when needed. Despite the completion of these projects, they continue to work on new ones, demonstrating the ongoing trust and satisfaction in their services.
